This is a hybrid event. In-person attendees will meet at Osteria Emilia (501 Front St S, La Crosse, WI). Parking is available behind the restaurant.

HR law is always changing, and it is helpful to get a concise discussion of the major changes we've seen over the past year. This HR Legal Update will summarize key developments in FMLA, ADA, arrest & conviction record discrimination, and more. A few hypothetical scenarios will also be thrown out to the audience to facilitate an engaging dialogue.

During this meeting, the speaker will:

• Update HR professionals on new trends and developments in the law
• Advise on how to incorporate legal best practices into their own practices
• Identify and resolve key issues through the use of hypothetical scenarios

More about the Speaker: 

Storm is a partner with Boardman Clark who primarily practices in labor and employment law. Storm regularly counsels and litigates on behalf of his clients on all aspects of employment law. Storm also routinely speaks and presents on employment law issues to help educate human resources audiences on employment law topics.
