AI can’t find the right candidate if you haven’t clearly defined what “right” means.

In this session, you’ll learn how to partner with hiring managers to turn business needs into clear, structured, and measurable job requirements—and then use AI to transform those requirements into stronger job posts. You’ll explore where technology can accelerate the process and where human judgment is essential for accuracy, consistency, and bias reduction.

You’ll learn how to:

• Lead more effective hiring manager intake conversations by asking questions that uncover the skills, outcomes, requirements, and deal-breakers that truly matter.
• Use AI to draft and refine job posts while maintaining human oversight and organizational context.
• Create structured job posts that provide better inputs for screening, knockout questions, assessments, sourcing, and other recruiting technologies.
• Audit job posts for clarity, consistency, compliance, and potential bias using practical tools and repeatable processes that measure the business impact and inform future people-strategy decisions.

During this meeting, the speaker will help us:

• Identify the essential data AI recruiting systems need and how to gather that information during a hiring manager intake meeting.
• Evaluate how structured, accurate job posts enable automation across the recruiting lifecycle, including screening, knockout questions, and assessment design.
• How to write a job post with AI tools.
