This is a hybrid event. In-person attendees will meet at Osteria Emilia (501 Front St S, La Crosse, WI). Parking is available behind the restaurant.

Change is constant, but adapting to it is a deeply human process. This interactive session explores the difference between change and transition, how people experience change, and why that matters for leaders. Participants will apply the concepts to a real change and leave with practical tools to lead themselves and others through change more effectively.

During this meeting, the speaker will help us:

• Understand the difference between change (external event) and transition (internal psychological process)
• Recognize the three phases of William Bridges’ Transition Model and the common emotions associated with each
• Identify where they are on the transition curve related to a current change
• Apply practical strategies to lead themselves and others through change more effectively

Lindsay Wojcik is the Founder and Principal of Ignite Advisory, where she helps leaders turn complex transformation into meaningful, sustainable change. A former Fortune 500 senior transformation leader and Chief of Staff, she brings nearly 15 years of experience in organizational change, leadership alignment, and business transformation. A Prosci-certified Change Practitioner and DiSC-certified facilitator, Lindsay believes transformation succeeds when strategy and humanity move together.
